For its 3rd year Mark Foehringer present a community event in celebration of National Dance Week. This year it will be held at the Music Concourse in Golden Gate Park. 30 dance companies and dance artists will perform on this afternoon of dance including: SJ Dance Co., Lineage Dance Company, Company C and of course MFDP/SF to name a few.

MFDP/SF presents this festival for the first time this year. We are now accepting applications for this showcase of dance created for choreographers ages 16 to 21. Applicants must submit a DVD of the work he/she wants considered for this festival. The piece length must not exceed 5 minutes. Please write about you and your piece. Please include number of dancers, style of dance, music and composer and who you are.

Preview of Peru program

Join MFDP/SF friends, families and supporter in a studio showing of the program we will be taking on tour. This a great opportunity to see the work up close, meet the dancers and artistic director Mark Foehringer.
